July 27-August 7 - 12 Days of #PitchDis on Bluesky. This will be like last year’s 21 Days of #PitchDis event, but with fewer days 😊 Prompts will be posted every day for you to answer and meet other #PitchDis participants.

August 10-13 - #PitchDis Trial Run. This is an opportunity to view the pitch form before the event. You can submit a pitch if you’d like—a real one or made up one—but it will NOT be posted during #PitchDis. This is only for practice purposes and to get an idea of what you’ll need to enter when you’re actually pitching in September. Click here to access the Trial Run form.

August 17, 4-6pm EDT - #AskPitchDis on both Bluesky and Twitter. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have about the event.

September 3 – Agent and Editor registration deadline. If you’re an agent or editor who would like to register, please fill out this form.

September 8 at 8am EDT - September 10 at 8pm EDT - The pitch form will be open. This is when you’ll actually pitch. The link will be posted on the site, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, and will be sent out via the Substack newsletter as well.

September 15-September 18 - Agent and Editor request period. This is when agents and editors will have password-protected access to pitches and when requests will be sent out.
